coming off a cutting cycle

okay i'm coming towards the end of my cycle, and i'm currently eating below maintenance and dropping bodyfat whilst maintaining weight and strength very well! i'm 14.5% right now, i want to get down to about 12.5% (hopefully in the next couple of weeks - its about 3-4lbs i've got to lose), and then come off

my question is, say in a fortnights time i reach my target and come off, what should i do with my cals? raise them up to maintenance pct? or keep them slightly below to keep off the fat?

OR would it be worth staying on an extra week or 2, once i've finished cutting, and raising cals back to maintenance before pct starts?

also i'm going to want to keep doing cardio throughout pct, i no some people say this is a no-no, but surely keeping muscle on will be about getting enough food in, so as long as i'm eating enough, getting enough rest, and keeping my weights workouts short, can i still do my HIIT for 10mins 3x a week? or do i really have to ease up for a week or 2?

i'm pretty happy with how its going right now, just a bit concerned about the coming off bit and the best way to do it whilst keeping the fat off AND maintaining my muscle, although keeping the fat off is probably the priority right now

Eat maintenance cals, and don't do cardio. If you are only eating the amount of energy your body requires to maintain, you won't get fat.

You should keep your calories up on your PCT research

Make sure you have thing like Arimidex handy.
