Workouts while on PCT?

What should your workouts be like while on pct?

My opinion: Keep lifting heavy. That is, use the same weight you were using on cycle. Keep volume and time in the gym on the low end. Assess recovery and adjust.

How long was your cycle? Also how long has it been since you took a wek or two off from training. Maybe it's time for a small vacation from the weights.

I tend to stick with the big basic exercises to use multiple muscles at one time a keep volume low and intensity high.

My biggest problem after my last cycle was joint pain. About 4 weeks after my last shot my joints started hurting real bad if I tried to go to high with the weight, but it subsided after about 2-3 weeks.
