one question... WHY? it seems very pointless starting a cycle then, it'll just make recovery more difficult, and 1ad is mild, you'd be hard pressed to gain a lot esspecially if you've just come off something else
Sounds like you are in full desperation , abusing drugs is the path of a foolish man. At 20 you are too young and you prove this time and time again with your irresponsiable drug use. If you are going to take steroids at least try to not be a total idiot about it......Time on = Time off.......how hard is that to remember??
If you can't make dramatic gains with low dose ( 500mg test) 8 or 10 week cycles with 12 weeks off time or more, then you are not eating, training or using the drugs right.
I suppose your right foreman, I should give it a rest. And its not b/c I didn't get good gains, I just wanted more.
I'm about 8 weeks post cycle right now ( I did test and Deca for 8 weeks) and their is nothing I want to do more every day then start another cycle right away.......but I resist it.
I will start another cycle after 12 weeks post cycle; in the past I would only take 6 weeks off and that caused me some medical problems ( side effects and my natural test level was fucked for over a year after I finnaly stroped using.....took 3+ years off total).
The trick to steroids, diet and training is not doing too much or too little, most people never learn that.
You could use the 1-ad while on the Test. Definitly not during pct, though.
