Question on working out and cutting during PCT

I was bulking during my cycle, so now I want to cut and lean up. I was thinking I would decrease my lifting to 3 times a week for 45 min each, and do aerobic on the others. What should I expect during PCT?
Im 20. 6'3'' 235 lbs. Want to get to 8% body fat, +315 bench, +500 squat, and reach a weight between 230-240.

Well I always go the other way. I train 3 days a week when bulking and 5 days a week when cutting. Cardio I do on my off days while bulking and on my training days when cutting. Also keep those calories up during PCT to help keep those gains you worked so hard for.

DO NOT CUT DURING PCT, it is suicide! its the fastest way to lose a shitload of muscle, keep the cals up till your next cycle or till you are fully recovered (i'd leave it a good 3 months or so, maybe longer depending on what you ran?)

You will likely lose the muscle you gained. I recommend you wait a couple months to cut.
