    PCT intensity

I know intensity should be kept rather on the lighter side on PCT, as in not going to failure at least each set. But for how long should this be practiced?

I'm going to ending my first cycle (PH) in about a week, which is a 7 week cycle.

Do you take it easy for the whole 4 weeks? 3 weeks? 1 week? I understand that each person is different and would have different optimal times where they can resume normal intensity, but whats the average (your) time down?

Do you even go as far as taking an extra day of rest a week?

I go full blast in PCT, I usually make good gains the next two weeks after cycle end.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

My training never changes unless I take total time off for recovery to prevent overtraining
