Hey guys,
I have been looking at the boards for about a year or so now. Figured It was time to join. I'm in my late 20's 221lb 5'11''11%bf

Seems like a lot of friendly people here. Haven't seen any flaming of anyone so that is good to go. The only stupid person is the one that doesn't ask the question about something that could severely damage his body.
