Advise
What is you recommendation for first cycle, have 100/ 25mg dbol, bottle of 250mg sustanon, and 3 bottles of Deca 300? Also should I incorporate nolvadex in cycle or wait until end? I do not know if I will show signs of gyno. but want to eliminate any possibilities. I am 30 and weigh 151lbs. I used to compete in powerlifting and hoping to get back in top shape. Any thought would be greatly appreciated.

I would just do a Test only cycle.
1-10 250mg sust 2x a week ( 500mg total)
PCT starts 18 days after last shot
Nolvadex 40/40/40/20
You can use clomid also if you wantI highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

Thanks for info., but I have deca and d-bol as well. Are you suggesting not to add to sust., I would like to.

How long should I take take the nolvadex? Your thoughts on taking the d-bol with sust weeks 1-4, and than sust only 5-10. Also one bottle of dec has is expired according to date, does this really affect the dec? Expired 4 months ago.
