Is it possible to feel effects of Enanthate in 2 days?

Two days ago I started my first cycle, and I took a 1.2ml shot of Testosterone Enanthate, then the next day I took another .8ml shot.
95% of the information I researched tells me that I should not feel effects from the test for at least a week, but I swear I feel the effects already. I am sleeping better, I feel slightly euphoric, and I am hungry all day, no matter how much food I shovel down. Today I got the best leg work-out of my entire life.

Is this possible, or am I just having an extreme case of placebo?
