From what research I have done, best seem to be prescription meds. ARB's in particular have less side effects and good results. Drugs like losartan and valsartan.

Hawthorn had done nothing for me so far.

Hawthorne berry, as for it not working how much are you using? Just popping one or two caps like a vitamin wont do it.

Yea, I would rather use some supps than meds because its not that high, and it is because of the A-50's. So how much Hawthorne berry and is that the extract?

If its from anadrol you should take A-dex to reduce water retention. That will drop your BP.

Does an AI do anything to Anadrol? I thought Anadrol does not convert to estrogen, but anadrol itself has an affinity for the estrogen receptor.

Right now I am taking 3.3grams a day (6 caps, 550mg/cap). Once I have been on it another month or so I am going to check my bp. It was 137/73 or so the last few times I checked it. I am hoping for any bp lowering at all. Maybe after being on it long enough that will happen.

My main point is that I have gotten highish bp several times on cycle. It usually goes up to 148/80 or so (high for me). I was taking more like 2.2 gram a day back then but for 1-2 months usage I couldn't tell that it was very effective in actually combating the high bp while 'on'. Scripts would be better for that imo.

I've never used Letro.....but I know A-Dex worked for me at .5mg ED, and if you are holding serious amounts of water I would either raise that to 1mg ED for the first week or run a low dose of lasix or some other water pill for first few days on the A-Dex.
