Pain for a day or two is normal. What else are you using on this cycle?
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

The deep tissue massage can help some, but wont help remove all soreness.

if you rub where you take the shot for about 15 minutes, it eliminates alot of the pain you will feel for the next day.

The going theory with water based injections are that the water dissipates quickly leaving the 'sharp' crystaline stuctures to grind in your muscle as you move about. With an oil based shot it takes longer for the oil to dissapate into your system, allowing for a less painful shot in the long run.
