    whats a good cycle?

    what would be a good cycle for someone who wanted to cut say 5-10lbs of fat and get ripped?

    A good diet will drop 5-10lbs in a couple months. I don't think you need steroid to accomplish that modest goal.

    They're right, 5-10lbs isnt that much. What does your diet look like now? How long have you been training?
    If you're not bodybuilding, what are you doing?

    six almost 7 years... its not like the avg person who wants to lose ten lbs its the stubbern fat thats covering my abs other than that im pretty much muscle. i eat special k or oat meal(weight watchers kind) 1% milk with my cereal. i usually eat fruit 2-3 times a day, corn ,peas,broccoli, fat free low sugar yogurt, 4-8 eggs whites and i usually throw in one or two yokes i eat it with whole grain bread.i eat alot of tuna and i usually eat it in a salad or with the whole grain bread,i eat chicken. and i take mens health multis, amino acids, b12, i also take vitmin c 500 mgs. usually have 2 protein shakes a day each with 2 scoop so thats like 80 gms total.... but i cant seam to get my abs to break through

    Try to put your diet together so you know exactly how many grams of protein, fat, carbs you have. My guess would be you will end up having to up your protein a lil and cut down on the carbs to get those last few pounds off. Or you calorie total may be too high.

    get the diet right and then cosider aas. aas does not work properly without good diet anyway
