    Thumbs up BF Before Roids

    What BF do you think you should be at before you use steroids? I know you dont want to be 45% bf and using roids


    Im talking about cutting as well...

    12 or less, i havent used, this is just what i see . some may say less some may say htis is ok.

    I dont really agree with 12% or less. Maybe for bulking but I know alot of people 15-20% bf that use steroids to cut.

    Any other opinions?

    15-20% does seem more average when you would want to start cutting

    Overall health and fitness is much more important than BF%, IMO. If in good shape with no BP issues, I'd say under 20%. People with higher BF should use an AI and monitor the BP very closely.

    I am in the upper 20's. I have a few cycles under my belt but i want to start cutting and I was planning on running a Prop/Tren/EQ cycle. What do you think Pirate?
