    Newbie! Whats good?

    I am new to the anabolics and cycles. I just would like to know how I can buff up my chest (tittyboy) and also get a more cutt look. Ive been working out for 6 years now and have fairly large arms and legs. I would like to get more out of my mid section and chest I work out all the time. I work out 2 times a day and eat when ever I can. Im very displeased with my chest and would like to know what I can do to make it more pumped and tight. I incline, decline, flies, presses, flat bench, pushups, dips.... And I still cannot get my chest to fill out.... Please help me get my chest back! Any feed back?!

    I would suggest a diet designed to get rid of body fat.

    If you insist on using steriods, I had a freind who swore by Cheque drops. He used 3-4 drops 5 times a day for 3 months. That should take care of you pretty well.

    there's a poster on here that mentioned Cheque drops named Petrainer. Listen if you take this dumbfucks advice, I'll hunt you down and personally kick your ass.

    Get you some Test Prop and use it @ 150 mgs eod for 6-8 weeks. Use a good diet, cardio and this will help you hold LBM and lose some of the bodyfat.

    Lets take it one step further. Your training to much. Go to the training forum and look at the sub forum called Iron Man. Jump on one of his routines for cutting.

    Yeah, because cheque drops are still avilable and he could just go out and pick up that much.

    Thats pretty good avice you gave for putting on some mass using drugs. Way to make sure this guy has his training and diet in order fist.

    Now for a guy who claims he knows more about Anabolics then 99% of the people posting here, Why didn't you advise the poster to just get some good old fashion Test and do it instead of something so dangerous?

    Please convince us all how much you know because one of your idiot friends did cheque drops. I'm just surprised that you haven't used them yourself before advising others to do so. I have yet to tell someone to use something that I haven't use myself. Now that's personal experience, not second hand knowledge.

    so I was just wondering what I could do instead of just working out? I really wouild like to learn what is the best solution. What can I do here guys? I mean who told you what was right and wrong? Help me out guys. PEACE~

    #2: Post your exact workout

    #3: If you are going to do steroids then take Toughs advice and do a "test only" cycle.

    Mondays, Wed, and Fridays
    Chest, Shoulders, Back
    Tues, Thursday
    Tries, Bies, lats, and traps
    Weekends off
    I eat 4 times a day..... Once at 12:00 and three times after 4:30
    I don’t eat past 8:00 and I work out around 5:00 everyday
    I usually get in about 30-45 minutes of workout
    I drink ALOT of water and I eat irregularly. I probably need some help on a eating program. I eat fast food everyday. I try not to eat fries.
    I take centrum everyday (multi vitamin).I just started taking SciFit Extra Strength HMB 750mg, Maximum Pump, Chromium Picolinate 200mcg all together.

    Ok that workout sucks big time. You have no leg work and the set up is terrible..

    Do this

    Mon-Chest, Delts and triceps ( push)
    Tue-Lats, biceps, traps (pull)
    Wed-off
    Thurs-Legs
    Fri-(light push) Chest, delts, triceps...50% of the sets you do on Monday
    Sat-(light pull) Lats, biceps,,,50% of the sets you do on Tuesday
    Sun-off

    Not one good reason to start using steroids when you don't even train legs and also have no idea how to workout...Rtead the training and Diet sections and get your shit together this year.

    Im pretty large and have been working out for awhile. Im pretty sure my rutine is fine. I will work out my legs more. Trust me my legs are NOT the problem. I just need to get my chest right and my abs. My legs are ripped if anything. Im 5'11 and I wieght 175. Im about 16% fat. I want to get it around 12% Im pretty tight in my arms and legs. Its pretty much just my chest and abs that need the work. Ive been working out for about 6 years now for Football and Wrestling. Im doing the same workouts minus legs. I would like to know what I can do to get my chest and abs more cutt.

    5'11'' and 175 is not big at all so skip the steroids for now. To get cut is mostly diet. Read the stickys in the diet section, jodi and Emma can help you put together a diet....so post your diet in that section and they will fix it for you.

    Those numbers dont make much sense to me, cause I'm 5'10" @ 230lbs, and I'm at 17% b.f. I think you need to figure some things out before you gear up.
