you should try reading some old posts...basically everyone is going to tell you to EAT MORE

instead of all those shakes eat alot of real food. How many calories a day are you eating?
Go into the diet section and setup a bulking diet.

Read this post
http://www.ironmagazineforums.com/sh...ad.php?t=26651 (***Please Read The Rules***)

You need to get that diet figured out, "eating very good" doesn't count. You are 2 pounds under a certain individual who got to around 200 pounds naturally before ever doing a single steroid by sticking to a diet of 7000 calories a day for about 2 years straight.

You MUST count calories. Everyone reaches sticking points and I do to, it all comes down to calories. If you have stopped gaining weight and you want to gain more, you aren't eating enough PERIOD.

Even if steroids could fix that, you would lose it all when you came off - because the fix is gone. Thankfully you dont need to be a drug addict to keep all of your gains, because FOOD is where they come from. Gear just helps turn them into lean gains faster than can be done naturally (provided the quality of food is in place) but it wont make the weight gain come out of thin air.

Eat. If you can't eat enough, drink high-calorie drinks. Try weight gainer shakes. Drink Juice. Don't eat stuff with a lot of sugar because it'll just fill you up. Calorie-density is what you need.

Spread your meals out, because larger less frequent meals will keep you filled.

Feel full? Either you tried increasing calories too quickly (start with 500-1000 extra per day), or else you just dont have the gusto to make it EVER. Bulking is not always comfortable, most people dont enjoy eating 5000-10000 calories a day but that is how people gain weight whether it be fat or muscle.

Ive seen this new dominos (or pizza hut?? mmm im starving) extra huge ass pizza for 10 bucks..order that for dinner.

5500 calories is a lot of fucking food, are you sure youre eating that much? Thats like 7 cups of rice or 20 chicken breasts

I eat a cup of rice, 3-4 chicken breasts and some veggies a day, its about 1700-1900 calories and its a lot more food than you'd think.

well I eat a lot and when I say a lot its like I am a eating machine I work a a restaurant and like every other 5 minutes I am eating. The only thing I am afraid of is putting weight on my stomach, It looks good and I got a six pack and stuff I wount like to loose it with the extra food.

honestly, who cares about the 6 pack unless your are an A&F model

you can't bulk and have a 6 pack. I'd say bulk, gain weight, then work on your six pack when you are 200 pounds.

If youre not in the kitchen weighing everything on a scale, then you have no idea how much youre eating. It all comes down to discipline and being organized.

People who say they have a fast metabolism and cant gain weight make me sick. I have to run my ass off and starve myself to loose weight.

I really want that dominos pizza now

Okay,
So like there have been 15 posts telling you to eat and increase calories and work out,
Get the message. At your age you probably have enough testosterone you don't need steroids. Nutrition first. Steroids don't work well unless you have enough nutrition to support it. Baby steps!
I eat like a pig now and have put on 20 lbs of lean muscle and i couldn't do that when I was your age because I didn't have all these wonderful people here leading the way. Read this forum while you eat and grow big!.
