I have never used any Juice, but I am very interested in starting. I have no idea where to begin or what to start using, so I know I have alot of research ahead of me. But right now that is not my question. What I would like to know, is once I find what I should start with, should I even begin a cycle. The reason I ask, is becuase at the end of this year I plan on having surgery to remove alot of excess skin I have left over form losing ALOT of weight.... I have waited and waited to see if the skin will shrink, but its just to slow of a process, and decided surgery is what I need. Should I even start a cycle since I want surgery, will it cause problems??

Been training for 4 years from 1998 was 430lbs current weight 248lb

Height - 5'11
weight - 248lb
age - 28
Body fat 22%

I train weights Mon-Wed-Fri
Try to get Cardio Tues-Thur-Sat
I eat pretty clean, alow myself one sweet every two weeks, and try to keep my carbs low/Protein High.

BF% is still waaaay too high. Get down to 14% or so 1st.

Thank you all... Once I get my pics scaned I will do a before and after for you. Right now I just have my before...and I would rather put it up once I have my after...makes it look ALOT better. But as to my question above... are there any comments to that?

The problem is that when your BF% is higher, so are the side effects of androgens and anabolics, particularly the estrogenic sides (gynocomastia predominantly). You need to get down to 15% or so to be safe, especially your 1st time around. You've gotten this far, it won't take forever. Plus, more time to research
