    a few more Q's

    okay if you're sick of these threads dont answer. Just got a few more Q's

    1) IF i get gyno and i start taking nolva. How long should i take it for? like the rest of the cycle or until the symptoms re-accur?

    2) I cant get HcG so should here is my plan for test boosters:

    Tribulus Sopharma brand
    Ultimat Male Fuel ( if i cant use then;
    Saw Palmetto 160mg of the extract used twice dailydosage.)

    6-OXO
    ZMA 3 capsules before bed

    Are these enough? anything else to add?

    1) For the remainder of the cycle
    2) Test boosters are not a substitue for hCG, they are completely different.

    Peanut butter and olive oil. You need plenty of monounsaturated fats to produce testosterone optimally. You also need to eat and sleep enough. Be extra careful not to overtrain during pct.

    If this is your first cycle and your doing test 500mg EW, for 10 weeks, then you will be fine without the HCG. It would be nice to throw it in there....

    At 21 you should not live with a GF.....move in with some buddies, dump her when the sex gets bad.

    So lots of peanuts and peanut butter to help during PCT? Interesting. Is that like the whole Broccoli soaked in olive oil will absorb estrogen? I heard that before but didn't know how or why it worked. Oh and the GF thing. Yeah, I've come to learn 90% of them think Roids are the devil. Usually if you date a girl with fake tits, she's more understanding. I dated a girl that compared them to fake tits. A synthetic enhancment to the male physique. She was also the only girl who didn't mind or care that I did them.

    that's so true... that's usually what i compare them to. if someone's not happy with the way they look or what genitalia they have, it is socially accepted that they have the right to change it. why not the same for muscles?
