I wasn;t looking at the advertisements on the site, just what it says there
"In 1986 Eli Lilly created HGH that was synthesized in the lab and is now sold under
the name Humatrope. A years supply for HGH therapy containing Humatrope can
cost anywhere between $12,000 to $25,000.
A cheaper solution to increase HGH levels is to get a good night's sleep of around
8 to 9 hour daily. It has been shown that HGH is secreted during REM (deep)
sleep, this usually happen anywhere between 2-4 hour after a person first fall
asleep. For days you have not gotten enough sleep take a 2 hr nap, this will help
you increase HGH levels.
Weight lifting will also help to increase HGH levels, but that is only for the first 45
minutes. Keep your workout under 45 minutes and remember to workout your
whole body. Working out legs releases the most HGH since they make up a huge
percentage of a person's body."
Thats what i read on the site
Sorry if I got you wrong there, oh Great One, it's just that folk on the site are sensitive to advertising via the forum. As demonstrated by Musclepump's SPAM icon...Originally Posted by TheGreat1
Best just to cut and paste the quote if you want to avoid any mistakes.

It okay Flash, no probs wont do that again

There are some that are safer for women, but most all steriods will have masculizing effects on women, and the side effects aren't good. That is why I would steer women away from steriods UNLESS they are competing.Originally Posted by redflash

I like the overall effects of HGH.
its not a magic bullet like some people say it is.
2-4iu 5/2 did well for me.
Improved my sleep, recovery, skin, etc.
At 2iu a day its very affordable if you use a generic chinese brand.
But I am 40 so its probably more helpful for someone at my age then the younger "kids".
I have read about several women using HGH without any problems. I can not even recall reading any reasons that women should not use HGH.
i'm on growth hormone 1.4mg a night![]()

I'd just skip the GH gut and go straight for a beer gut, at least you can do something about it later on![]()
Coarse edged youth, the irish pendants string from their smiles
not yet plucked as to slacken the seams
and drag down the features of age,
no folds or creases from unkempt wear
eyes of tranquilty, crystalline-beads
no sign of despair in their hair, nor their hearts
but oh they have yet to be experienced and that makes aging so very worth it...ML circa2012
