    Question

    Think i can guess the answers to this question

    but

    What would you say to an 18 y.o male looking into a test/var cycle

    height 5'10"
    weight 78kg's
    bench 225lbs

    I have been training seriously for a year and no a fair amount about diet and nutrition but i don't think i have plateued yet which is why i won't do steroids this moment but i feel as if i am reaching slowly a natural peak where i would like to introduce a stimulant

    You can make a lot more progress with a new routine and better diet. Just be patient. It's too early for you to use gear.

    is all anyone is going to say here martin

    building muscles, good, big, quality muscles, takes years. i personally worked out for 2 years solid (dedicated to lifting and eating big) before seeing significant weight gains. dont expect a year or two of working out to get you to hugeness.

    yeah thanx bud i realise that and i wasn't wanting to do it RIGHT now i was just asking

    I realise there are many risks and steroids only maximise protein synthesis and they are not magic
