I have been training seriously for a year and no a fair amount about diet and nutrition but i don't think i have plateued yet which is why i won't do steroids this moment but i feel as if i am reaching slowly a natural peak where i would like to introduce a stimulant

building muscles, good, big, quality muscles, takes years. i personally worked out for 2 years solid (dedicated to lifting and eating big) before seeing significant weight gains. dont expect a year or two of working out to get you to hugeness.
