Question Yet another newbie post :)

Hey guys, where to start...After spending most of my life afraid to take off my shirt in public, (belly!) I started going to the gym 6 days a week about 3 months ago. Im 23 years old, and weigh roughly 235 pounds. As for my stats, well im new so bare with me. i can only bench about 140 pounds, and curl 35. shoulder press 40, and skull crush 45. I've been lucky to meet some great people who have showed me allot and took the time to help out. I started going with a couple guys i work with, who are needless to say in much better shape then i am.

While talking over lunch the topic of steroids was brought up, and it was brought to my attention that both my coworkers use or have used in the past. Although they do look good (im straight so dont even go there) i do question allot of what they have had to say. both suggested that i should really do decca as it would cut down a greater majority of my unwanted stomache fat. After reading and researching day after day i have come to realise that i am in no position to start stickin myself with needles. However even another person i've met has said the same thing regarding decca.

About 2 months after starting to go to the gym the one guy gave me a bottle of m1t which i started doing (20mg a day) without researching. I didnt realize exactly what the stuff was until i came across these forums one day. I used the m1t for 3 weeks then stopped.

I would like to cut down what fat i have on my body on my own. i may not have all the knowledge to get the most out of my workouts but i have the desire to learn, and i have the determination to do it. im in the process of researching decca, and m1t and some of the other things they've told me about just so i have facts for myself.

i guess what im asking is if someone could tell me wether what they say is true, (about it taking off body fat rapidly) or not or give me some info i could take back to them.

    thanks for your time

You have only been lifting for 6 months. You are no where near your genetiv potential. As far as decca for cutting body fat, I think that it would be a waste. Train natural for a couple years and then run a cycle. BTW something to use for cutting fat would be clen and t3.

    Thumbs up

at a not-lean 235, there are no short cuts to getting what you desire... work hard but work smart. learn to clean up the diet and facilitate burning fat any way you can... that includes building muscle. don't touch the thyroid drugs either... nothing will help you lose fat but the law of thermodynamics. (calories out divided by calories in.) when you have been training for a while with progress (5-7 years) and have reached a bodyfat % of less than 15%, then you might consider hormones to continue to change your physique.

good luck... keep asking questions and keep taking action!

I don't think you should do any drugs at this point. Just keep improving your diet and be patient.

Why would you put something in your body that you had no idea what it was or what it might do to you?
