arimidex and nolva...at the same time??

Is it bad to run both of these substances at the same time? I'm finishing off the last of my cycle and was starting to get some gyno, which I normally get a little flair up towards the tail end and always just used nolva but since I was able to aquire arimidex this time was just running 1mg eod, but still was noticing some flair up usually later in the day, so I added 20mg of nolvadex on top of it. Will the two counteract each other at all or are they ok like this?

    Yes

It's ok to run both, at least it's been my experience. Nolva will shut down the receptor sites in your breast tissue from test that has already aromatized into estrogen, the dex will keep the rest of the test in your system from aromatizing at all. I like to do dex through the whole cycle, usually keeps you from getting itchy nips at all.

Yeah. I think next cycle I'm gonna run it from week 4 on. Cuz the first few weeks I don't even notice it and the stuff is expensive. Works very well though.

There is some competitive action involved. I recommend using just enough AI to for prevention of estrogen sides, and use nolva aggressively to stop gyno if it does show. Here is a good read on the subject: http://ironmagazineforums.com/showth...asin+tamoxifen

If you want to stop gyno and prevent aromatization, use femara (letro). Only one product, which will take care of both problems.

does femera work on both estrogen an progesterone? Does arimidex help with the conversion to progesterone too or just estrogen?
