    HRT / Gyno question

Has anyone heard of people getting gyno from HRT? I was just thinking about this today; guys who get HRT are getting anywhere from 100 to 500mg of Test a week (depending on their doctor; two guys in my gym get 400 and 500 respectively), and I'm fairly sure no doc is going to prescribe Nolva for bitch tits. Has anyone heard of someone getting gyno from HRT? If not, this would insinuate you can use fairly low doses (100 to perhaps 250 or 300mg) each week without fear of boobies.

500mg a week of testosterone is no doctor, thats a drug dealer.

200mg every week is what one person I know is using, and even they were accused of being "dealers." He has only one testicle, but still that is quite a bit.

If you are getting side effects in this manner then it would seem prudent to have the dose lowered, as obviously this would mean that you are too high in testosterone. All they need to do is get you within NORMAL, which for some people is pretty low. They are not there to get you a "normal" 900ng/dl, especially if it induces unwanted side effects.

500mg a week should put most people around 2500-3000ng/dl as an estimate which is far over high normal.

Depends on where you go and how good you know your doctor. Some will prescribe it to you in a few cases I know of.

Aromatization is a problem with testosterone usage, even with HRT.

That kind of doctor should be thrown in jail for recommending those dosages. 400-500 mgs a week is not HRT, but steroid use.

Shit almost as bad. I could imagine going into my doctor and asking for a squipt of Nolva which is for breast cancer. My Dr would throw me out of his office thinking I was a nut if he could. He's just not big enough

So if someone was on HRT, started getting gyno because their dose was too high, they wouldn't give them nolva?

Check this out. I have never heard of a doctor, let alone one on a public forum, even hint at using tamoxifen. For the hemophobic of you out there this is an AIDS/HIV forum.

I am on HRT and my doc suggested 150mg per week. He gave me Anastrozole, HCG, and clomid as part of my package.

I am taking the Anastrozole during the cycle and will start the HCG and clomid afterwards.

150mg is a nice lil dose Is it for a cycled period of time or just stay on it forever?

    Clomid would blind me, though.

The doc told me to stay on for 10 weeks, then do the PCT and then we'd do blood tests.
