I find myself "tossing and turning" and not really getting into a deep sleep, so I think I am more aware of what I have been dreamming.
When I'm totaly off I sleep Like a rock and can't remember crap about my dreams......there probably just as vivid though. |

Have you tried relaxation or breathing techniques, they can be really simple and greatly improve sleep quality. Troubles sticky on belly breathing is a great place to start, i have been using it for the last week and have noticed definite improvement in sleep quality. |

This constant dreaming (and remembering them) may be a condition of too much dopamine and serotonin. They lead to epinephrine production under certain conditions (too elaborate to go into here).
I would look to the dietary over-enrichment of choline as a potential cause. Or too many foods rich in the precursors to dopamine and serotonin. Otherwise *shrug*, as mentioned, you have to control the triggers of stress response - ephinephrine release, if these dreams cause you anxiety. |

Had I the heavens' embroidered cloths,
Enwrought with golden and silver light, The blue and the dim and the dark cloths Of night and light and the half-light, I would spread the cloths under your feet: But I, being poor, have only my dreams; I have spread my dreams under your feet; Tread softly, because you tread on my dreams.WB Yeats |
