Massage after injection
Hey all !
I have read alot of threads that say different things about this, whether you should massage after an injection or to use a heat pad maybe to disperse gear (oil based) or shower ect ect
Could everyone tell me what they do so that I can get the general feel of this board ?

It depends on what im running. If im running test prop and test e I have to use a heat pad and massage or else I will not be able to move.
