    info for newbie

hey guys, newbie here, trying to get some info. My stats are 24 ,6'0", 200lbs, 10% fat, balanced diet, creatine, whey protein daily 3,000-4,000 calories. work out 4 days a week hittig all body parts with low reps high weight, mixed with high reps etc. im looking to take something to boost gains of strength and muscle in a pill form for now, then upgrade later if i do not get my body where i would like it, somwhere around 230lbs-240 while mainting low body fat. of course like any other person i would like to boost it up fairly quick in comparison to my current supplement intake, that is for the intial question. Also something that would give me maybe some more energy, i usually hit the bed around 9pm everynight to being exhausted. Thanks

There aren't any oral steroids that will give you 30-40 lbs of mass on top of what you have. How many years have you been lifting now? Why do you need more energy? Do you think you may be overtrained? Without adequate rest, you won't acheive your goals. If you are sure you are ready for steroids, you should consider injectible testosterone. Almost any oral only cycle will make you more lethargic. Testosterone helps me with energy when everything else like diet, sleep, stress etc are in check.

i think i may be training a little too hard, but I enjoy it and would like somehting to make me able to do so with out overdoing a amount of added supplement. I get plenty of rest for sure, and diet is pretty much in check. Have been lifting, heavy for 6 months, but was just doing maintaining lifting for about 2 years, mostly cardio. I am just tired all the time, if I wanted I could hit the bed about 6pm and not get up until 7am everyday, always tired in evenings etc. Im gaining strength etc, but looking for some sort of added extra boost to help with size and energy.

So therefore do you recommend just toughing through lethargy? Or taking some of a supplement like NO2 or something else to give you a boost of energy pre workout while on oral dosages?

My first recommendation is not to do oral steroids that will shut down your natural test production without using testosterone. Even then, many orals cause lethargy to some degree. One would need to just deal with it by whatever means necessary. The most important change would be to sleep as long as your body wants at night. Some caffiene preworkout might be called for. NO2 won't help with energy.
