    need good infomation for very first cycle

    i have been training for about 3 years and am now thinking of using steriods
    but my head is spinning with everyone giving me diffrent info
    i was looking at using deca and anabol but eveyone seems to have diffrent views on how much and how long to use for can any one give me good solid info thanks

    Forget the deca and anadrol just use test Cyponate, enthanate or sustanon
    500mg a week will do you good could throw dbol to kick start.
    You could go ten to 12 weeks. next time post stats its in the rules

    1-5 30 mg d-bol a day
    1-12 250mg test twice a week
    I am sure all of this is posted on here somewhere
