Well my first package was seized today FDA detained my package and said basically if I want it to come and get it (yea Right) if not then disregard letter

Love letters usually take months. They are from the DEA, not the FDA. Sounds like you got a fake letter. It's a common scam.

Letter looks pretty legit 2 pages out of Chicago District Office even envelope is proffesional and was shipped from Chicago. Ordered Gear in England.
States: A mail shipment addressed to you from foreign country is being held by the post office at the request of the Federal Food Drug Administration (FDA)
The following products are subject to refusal of admission into the United States under authority of the Federal Food Drug and Cosmetic Act (FD&CA) Public Health Service Act (PHSA), or other related acts in that they appear to violate as indicated below.
Then it goes on to desribe each product in full
with phone numbers to call if I would like to dispute it very legit.
