IGF-1 LR3 has been out several years now. I know Mudge has tried it I think. It is very expensive for what you get. For an average dose of 30-60mcg a day, you can easliy spend upwards of 600-800 a month when it is priced at $250+ a pop. I don't think it's wrth the money. But if you have it, go for it. Maybe Mudge will chime in.

BTW, don't get the kind that is premixed. I hear that is useless as it doesn't last long once reconstituted. Reconstitute it yourself and use it quickly.

For someone that has prior cycle experience, it could be a good cycle. I would still throw some test prop in with the tren though.

From what I've read HGH will be a big advantage for me at age 47 ... both in creating muscle mass and improving the mind. Not trying to argue ... just clarifying why I was leaning that way. I'm really interested in HGH for that duality of use ...
You dont want to take that frequently because it places a strain on the kidneys.
I didn't find IGF1 LR3 worth the money, but I only tried it once and from one vendor. Its much, much cheaper nowdays than when it first came out.
$100-$110 or so for 1mg is not uncommon.
In the clip the mouse with a 40% growth increase was givin IGF1 by introducing it into it's body attached to a virus ... so it joined with the little mouse's genes.
I don't suppose you went that far did ya Mudge? It was interesting to note that the mouse was just as healthy at 80 mouse years as he was when the he began the test, with no loss of muscle. A little Arnold Swartzenrodent.
Anyways Mudge and DG thanks for your input ... and no I'm not going out virus shopping. I'll stick to my HGH quest.
I have used IGF.
Both in powder form and premixed.
2 different vendors.
I did not get much out of it. Not worth the money for me.
The premix is stable much longer then some people might think.
I think the quality of IGF has been very spotty at the best, but I do think it has improved.
HGH is better for an old fart like you but its a long term investment and no magic bullet for sure.

If your going to try HGH, IMO just go to a specialist to see what they can do. The price is very expensive black market, and maybe your insurance would cover it.

Thank you very much ... I'll prolly hit an anti aging clinic. I work as a private contractor though so this will be personally funded.
Any other info anyone can add on HGH is much needed.

For fat loss and overall health benefits use 2iu per day 5 days a week.
Basically between 2 and 6 iu seems to be the average but I think most guys use between 2 and 4iu.
5 days on and 2 off seems to be the most common protocol.
if you got the money run it every day.
Another protocol that seems to be come more popular is every other day.
Basically, just double your dosage and inject every other day instead.
If you inject more the 2iu, then split the dose. Inject first thing in the morning wait about an hour before you eat breakfast then inject early after noon or when you get home from work.
Do not inject late at night since it might interfere with your natural production.
Try to find Red Barons write up on HGH.
its very good.
Just remember HGH is not a magic bullet, it takes time for it to work. Plan a 6 month cycle at least. Its kind of hard to quantify HGH usage, its not like AAS where the result is very easy to define.
Thanks Heimir. I'll be doing a stack of some sort ... still looking for the one that fits my goals. BTW that was a great link. I learned a good deal ...
