Help Please

hey new to the site, and new to supplements. ive been training for about a year, havent missed a workout, ive went from 230lbs at 26%bf to, what i am now, 210lbs at 13%bf, all my basic exercise numbers have gone up, benchpress 135 to 260, squat 185-365, and deadlifts 115- 405, im going to be playing division 2 football next year, and i want to get stronger to put a good impression on the strength coaches, will somebody please tell me wat anabolic will give me the best gain in strength, i would like to be about 225 by this summer but im already bigger than most of the linebackers now, so size really isnt as important to me as strength, if anybody can help it will be appreciated.

You are too young to do steriods! If you are serious and set on doing them, atleast start doing a few months of research before ruining your body.

Read the stickies in the Anabolic Zone. Ask lots of questions. After you have read up some, AND HAVE TURNED 18, come ask more questions.

18 is still too young for gear. Try 23-35 yrs old. There are many reasons someone your age should use steroids.

I agree with the other two. WAY TOO YOUNG!!!!! Just keep lifting hard and eating healthy. Keep your protein up and you will keep your gains increasing. If you do make the team then they will teach you better work ethic in the gym and you will make some more gains. If later on down the road you still want to use you will then have had plenty of time to learn what will do what to your body.

Sounds like you need to optimize your training, you should be able to gain a great deal more strength naturally.

what about legal supplements? i am already consuming 300g-400g protein a day, and i take no xplode and cell-mass by bsn.
