    mgf hgh igf and joints

Hey guys, I'm contemplating hgh. My knees pop with squats and I wrap at 225. My shoulders have popped my whole life but only with rotational throwing motions. I was shoulder pressing heavy(95's) without popping until a shoulder strain a few weeks ago.I think its just overtrained I'd been hitting delts twice a week.
I have read about the connective tissue stimulation of hgh but also the bone growth associated with it. I wanted to know if anyone with joint issues had tried hgh with success and if so how long the cycle took. Thanx
    oh yea I'm 6', 220 33yrs bench 315x2, dead 405x1(ugly form)

You might be able to benefit from warming up more thoroughly. I'd drop the shoulder presses and not hit delts twice a week. They get stimulation from chest and back exercises, too. I haven't used hGH long enough to say if it helps with my joints, but it helped me heal after shoulder surgery.

I'd definitely consume plenty of fish oil and not abuse aromastase inhibitors or cortisol blockers.

Here is a great article about warming up so as not to cause more damage.

Thanks for reply. I think I warm up enough, but the format on that link is definatly one I'll try. I see fish oil pop up every time I search on rotator cuff, shoulder strain and joints. must be something to it. I have already eliminated all verticle presses including incline bech. no more heavy flat bench but decline bench feels fine. Havent found the relevance of the aromatase inhibitors but I think I was still on nolva when I strained the shoulder.

AI's will cut estrogen in your body. Estrogen relates to water. Basically you are concerned with synovial fluid in this case. It acts as a "cushion" for your joints. You dry out, and your joints ache.

Thanx for the explanation. I'm no longer on nolva and have started on creatine again. I drink tons of water, unfortunatly it's after I drink tons of coffee every morning. I know I'm a dumbass but I'm addicted. caffine is a diuretic (bad with creatine) Perhaps instead of hgh I'll just use clen and up my cardio while I'm lifting lite due to shoulder.
