    what should i take?

    i am looking to get shredded but still increase in size.
    i have read of hundreds of differents things to take. but i dont know what to take. i am at 5 foot 9 and about 180 pounds. i really want to be ripped but i still want to increase in size.
    what should i take? i have heard of legal gear alot, and i heard they were good. but i need more help. so please tell me what i should be using and taking to get shredded and still increase in size and if legal gear is something i should get.

    your to young! Stay away from that shit your body's full of test christ your 18 right in your prime. you want to get ripped eat less and do some cardio

    im about to go to college to play football though and we wont get tested till late november early decemnber and i want to use it for that

    I recommend you stay away from hormonal stuff like steroids and pro-hormones. It's all about proper diet and exercise. You have to give up the booze, sugar, junk-food etc. Look into a better training program with more variation.

    ill be a freshman, and i play fullback. dont let a 180 pounds fool you. i wont play my first year but if i get to 200 pounds ill for sure start softmore year

    If I were you, I would study hard at college, and don't worry about the steroids. A good diet and training program is way better.

    the ability to lose fat and keep gaining muscle is a lot to do with genetics...and a spot on diet. Gear does assist but its not typical for the average joe to lose fat and keep gaining muscle. Your best bet is to try your hardest to keep what muscle you already have while trying to lose fat...that in alone is a challenge if you are clean.
