    Please Help!

    I decided 4 months a go to get back in the gym after 3 years of drinking beer and eating buffalo wings, I gained almost 20 pound in those 3 years of pure fat. I did bodybuilding for almost 5 years before I stop completely after I had a bad experience with a cycle.

    However my problem is this when I started training again I weighting 220 pounds with a 30% of BF.

    I started working out and doing cardio 4 months a go using the following helps (not all at the same time of course):

    Clen
    T4
    Yohimbe
    CLA
    Omega 3
    Kilose
    Green te

    I have lost 30 pounds and went from 36 waist down to 32, and gain muscle at the same time, well you know that muscles have memory and belly went away and right now I can see my six pack and I am very happy for that.

    However (this is my problem) I went to the nutritionist the other day and according to her my BF went from 30% down to 25%????

    How come I can see my abs if I have 25% BF????

    Do you guys think her BF device is right about my BF?

    it may depend on how she measured it. sometimes these electronic devices aren't accurate as factors such as sweat play a big factor.
    I love it when a plan comes together.
