    after cycle

    Hi everyone.
    i want ro ask some of you , what do you think abou it!

    after my cycle i get 10kg. so now i`look heavy but with fat hiden my muscles.
    today started to do spining class, my questions is can it helpme to loss fat with out burn the muscle.

    lower cals and cardio son, if your in pct tho just wait till after, there is no magic pill to lose fat, your gona lose some muscle but the slower u lose the fat the more muscle you will keep

    Don't try to lose fat until atleast one month after your last injection. Cycling for about 30 min day 3 or 4 times a week may help you lose fat without losing muscle if your diet is great.

    Same as in one of your other threads AV, your diet is key. Just don't over do it or you will loose muscle. Slow and steady is what you want. The cardio will help burn fat. Make sure your protein intake is high.

    ok , people thanks for reply me.
    i believe i have been eating bad, some sugars and fat .

    but yesterday started spinning class. may be i will do 2 times /week
