    Say a 12 week cycle. 12 weeks off, NOT including PCT. Thats my opinion. So say 6 week PCT, thatd be about 18 weeks of not sticking. And any more on top of that is even better id say also.

    I'd say at least double the time. PC plus the amount of time you were on is not sufficient to get lipids back in order from what I've seen.
