That may be overkill.
Not sure if this is the right forum to place this in, but I will be starting my Test E / D-bol cycle on Monday (if it comes in by then). Since I would like to put on as much weight as possible, please advise if this meal plan is good to go. Any suggestions would be great. Plus I am going to keep my daily journal, so if anyone could assist with that, it would also be great!

Day 1:
Breakfast -
Muscle Milk Protien Shake
1.5 Cups Oatmeal Cooked
1 Serving Fruit (Grapefruit, Nectarine, Orange, Kiwi, or Apple)
2 8oz. Milk (Should this be whole milk, skim, or half?)
1 80z. Orange Juice
(Between Breakfast and Mid-Morning 1 Liter of Water)
Mid-Morning -
1.5 Cups Oatmeal Cooked

2 Pieces Wheat Bread

1 Serving Potato Wedges (Approx. 5 pieces)

1 Cup Cottage Cheese w/ Fresh Fruit Topping (Fruit for taste)
I don't advise this. Why are you consuming 6 liters of water a day? That's probably more than your whole body's blood.(Between Dinner and Evening 1 Liter of Water)

How to Use HCG
I was working out with this Power Lifter and he told me that I should be consuming about this much. I knew that I needed to stay hydrated throughout the day, but it is still tough to drink that much water. Any suggestions? How is the meal plan though? Anything that I can improve on?


A gallon a day is probably fine if you aren't sweating a ton.

Would it be okay to add 200mg EW of Deca with my Test E and D-bol cycle? Or would it be recommended, since this is my first injectable cycle, that I just got with Test E and D-bol?
i honestly have always thought the water recomendations were overkill, if i drink 2 liters a day its more than enough ussually
