    How low can you...

drop your calories while on cycle and not lose muscle?

Suppose you want to cruise along at 250-300 mg of test-e a week.

I was thinking of taking in 2000 calories a day which is roughly 1500 below maintenance + cardio.

Also what about carbs on cycle?

1500 below maintenance plus cardio sounds like a recipe for disaster.

Apparently every person's body knows a specific age in years that you must reach before it determines itself safe to be taking AAS.

This age is apparently in the late 20's and if you take AAS before that time you will be seriously injured and never recover

i would say teens is moronic and noone would go that route if they werent utterly pathetic, early 20's is not advisable(granted I did), late twenties is more acceptable given the years of experience youll have by then

Most people don't have enough experience when they start no matter what their age, to say late 20's is better is unfounded, either you are prepared physically and mentally or you aren't, age has nothing to do with this IMO. The body doesn't have a set date...oh I'm 28 now...bam...now my body will be perfect for using AAS. Each person is different, I know guys who did cycle when they were in high school no PCT and are fine. So the whole issue to me is ridiculous, but that's just me, IMO if you respond badly it is you, not your age. Safety is debatable, the worst thing any of the people I know have gotten from starting young is gyno and hairloss, oh yeah, and amazing results that they kept pretty easily.

I don't condone teen use though, for lack of sensible use.

It's BigDyl asking an absolutely moronic question. Anyone else @ 24 years old asks that question and the thread gets locked.

Oh, don't get me wrong, I don't have an anti-use perspective. There is a time and a place for it. But I'm 5'9" 210, never used, and I'm just as strong, if not stronger than someone that is 6'7" and using gear.

Now he's contemplating another cycle? Only this time he wants to eat 1500 calories under maintenance. As much as I don't get along with BigDyl, all of this sounds like a recipe for disaster and I hope he thinks twice about it. That is all.

the math says that someone in there teens has no business strictly on experience to use gear, say there 18, how many years have they been traing, normally 2-4 years id say. how many years training correctly? probably 0-1 how many years with a good diet probably 0. The age isnt the factor it is the experience by that age, if there 28 and have trained for 2 years than no they dont know enough. Just look on this page and see the morons who wana use gear, they have no idea what there doing, some are 17, some are over 20% bf, get the experience up and know the consequences and your good to go

ya you do have an anti-use perspective, ovious 1500 under maintence is a bad idea, that is why he asked. your being 28 and not using is your choice, we arnt saying noone should use gear, just make sure you know what your doing, the other post on this site some guy have been lifting for 6 months and is 21 and wants to run dbol? should he use, no. experience is the issue not his age. stay out of anabolic forum if you have no idea what you are talking about and are simply gona be a moron, its like me going to a feminist forum, i have no business there cause i have a meatstick, you dont belong here for the same reason

If I got down to 8% body fat I'd outweigh you by 12 lbs. And that's without gear. Thanks.

And once again, I don't have an anti-use perspective. For a shrimp like you, yes I do. When I get to the point where I absolutely have no other option in growing, then I'll consider using. But I'm far from that. I just laugh at all the hypocrisy that goes on in these threads.

I belong here just as much as you do btw. I've read almost every thread in this forum over the past year, educating myself. Preparing for the time I may use them. I'm not even 100% sure I ever will, but the thought is there.

FYI: The only moron I see is the 178lb fool that is using gear. I'll bet you're 23 too. Hypocrite.

I'm not ripping on anyone, I just call em as I see em. You are the one that obviously doesn't know what he's doing or you'd know that you can retain LBM on a cut. Without gear.

IMO you can never reach that point. There is always another routine that will blast your plateaus. There are thousands. IMO you would be much happier using now and reaching your goals and ideal physique sooner, spending more of your life expanding your goals and looking better than you ever thought you could.

I hear ya, but I like working out. If I reach my goals now I may not have the same enthusiasm I would if I still had a goal to work towards. It's kinda like cheat codes for video games, I don't use em until the game isn't fun anymore. Ya know?

I really have nothing against it, really. I just have to laugh though at all the double standards of the regulars in these threads. 99% of the time the people that really know what they are talking about, say time and time again. "Get some serious training under your belt before you mess with gear" or "You're too small or young to do steroids, pack on some real muscle first, then come back." Then the truth comes out....

If you're gonna be real about it, then be real to everyone. Yes, even BigDyl needs to hear every once in a while that he's making a big mistake, or he might know what he's doing. Don't try to stand up for him by questioning my post directed towards him. You know damn well it was a horrible idea, yet you need to chime in and make me look like I don't know what I'm talking about? That was the only reason I called you an idiot, and I apologize. Sure I've never used anabolics before, but like I said, I've read everything that has been posted over the past year. I only know what DG, Mudge, and Pirate have posted, and as long as the info they are posting is accurate, than I have some idea of what I'm talking about.

As for Kicka I don't apologize to you. You're a schmuck.

I always liked to cheat in video games, I always glitched in socom and halo, lol.

As for double standards, I understand that. I have not used yet either, I'm not ready mentally or physically to start yet, but I don't put a time restriction on myself, I'll start when I feel ready, and I won't regret it.

I too hae read everything posted on here in the last 8 months at least, I'm also a member of about 20 other boards and have read nearly 1000 articles and opinions on use and abuse of steroids. There are many opinions, and most are as you said "double standards" do as I say, not as I do. yadayada.

I too apolagize, I misunderstood your post and jumped you too quickly because I assumed you were a user yourself.

It's all good from where I stand.

Wtf, my name just came up 100 times when I didn't say anything.

This is what I'm talking about. I asked a question, I never said I was going to do it, I was trying to gauge the maximum number of calories I could cut while retaining LBM. It was a question, not a statement.

People with superior genetics will never learn anything, except that they think their experts because they gain strength by doing 20 sets of flat bench everyday.
