Hi,

Do injected steroids hurt the liver?
Injected steroids like sustanon, winstrol, deca.

Injectable are far less hepatoxic than oal steroids, which have been modified(17AA) to increase bioavailability, though resulting in an increased hepatoxicity.

Although Winstrol is an injectable, it is inherently 17AA, which means it is still signifantly more toxic than other injectables such as Testosterone, Equipoise, or Deca.

Injectible Dbol is hepatoxic, as well. Most injectible steroids don't stress the liver very much. Tylenol is worse.

I think one your best precautions would be to simply get bloodwork done before and either during/after the cycle. Have a baseline to look at and another lab when you are running whatever you run. You'll know a lot more than just what your liver values show.

Taking milk thistle may not be needed, but it isn't exactly going to hurt.
