Some believe that extended nolvadex useage can get rid of it.

How long has it been there?

Hey is there anything my friend can grab quickly at Vitamin Shop or GNC that will help with mild gyno? He did a heavy cycle 20 yrs ago we were young and didnt take anything to block. I gave him a box of Halodrols and after 1 week nipples are bothering already. He's been off gear for all those years just trains 6x week. I want to steer him to something quick anything over counter? Thanks.

Halodrol shouldn't cause gyno. Are you talking about the orginal steroid Halodrol or the non-steroidal Halodrol that's been out for a year or so? Tell him to get 6-oxo at GNC and pop 6 caps/day for a week. Then he can taper down over another few weeks.

He could try taking the 6-oxo with the Halodrol, but it doesn't make much since because his test and estrogen levels should already be decreased by the Halodrol. Maybe it's just his imagination that he is having a gyno flare. I can't tell you how many people have thought they were getting gyno simply because they were paranoid about it.
