    cycle and bad habits

    well not sure if im even allowed to ask this on here but i will anyways ban the thread if its bad sorry....im dedicated to my cycle cut out all alcohol but question is friends i have say they have made great gains on cycle while smoking(and i dont mean cigarets) but i have also heard it lowers test. levels....any advice?also cut back on sex?

    Marijuana lowers sperm count, not testosterone. Also, when you ejaculate you aren't releasing testosterone, so you don't have to cut back on sex either.

    As for the alcohol, I would defintely cut it out completely during the course of your cycle.

    You're either injecting or ingesting the androgens.... so how would smoking lower test levels? They're talking about natural test levels which your body wouldn't produce anyways on cycle, unless your using HCG, and even then it doesn't matter. With that being said, don't smoke on cycle or off.
