    Meat o' the Cycle

    Week #8
Just entered the 500mg per week segment on Test Cyp. DAMNATION!!
I feel excellent, huge caloric increase with clean carbs, raw veggies, fruit, and over 250g of lean protein per day...have gained about 10lbs. Nutrition has been clean and consistent.

Am doing double-splits now, the recovery after workouts is miraculous...have added red meat to all the skinless chicken, tuna, and eggs...being careful with my sodium intake...my blood pressure at rest: 115/70...

...and reaching the Glutes for IM is easier than you might think...Mudge is right, hit the Glutes with both hands, much better than quads, I'll never do another quad inject again...and sleeping almost 7-9 hours a night too, first time since I was 16 sleeping that long...seeing physical change too, nothing overly dramatic but definite increase and surge in strength, definition, muscularity...and sense of well being. Nolva on hand for PCT in about five weeks. My thnx to the forum for great advice about pre-planning a cycle.

Only thing missing is my Cardio, only doing it once or twice a week, 30 minutes...too little??
