    How much time off...?

I was wondering how much time I should take between cycles. I've been doing 12 week cycles and taking about 8-10 weeks off. Is this enough time? Is this too long? What is a safe enough time between cycles so that I can start up again.

Also, I was hoping that someone could send me the list of busted sites. I asked for this a while ago but received no response from anyone. I've been in transit from the desert and have finally settled down.

    Thanks in advance--

The basic rule of thumb is time of the cycle + the time of pct you should take at least that amount of time off so if you did a 12 week cycle and say 4 weeks of pct you should take 16 weeks off before going on cycle again i hope you are doing pct take care bro

I would advise even more time to get lipids and such back to normal.

Old School? 2G's a week for 8 weeks, followed by pct, 2 cycles a year? MY mates use the tit rule of thumb. Wait till the nips are sore, without marbles, back off, then stay there till the nips hurt agian, however, not too much, then do l-fem till all is good then back to normal. Seems they stay on for about 9 months a year. too much for me personally, but nips could be a good indicatior like a tachometer on a car when you should back off and shift.... Just watch those AIR BAGS////////1

If it takes 2g a week for someone to make gains, their diet, training or both are way off.

I've been doing PCT for 4 weeks following my cycle. That sucks to take so long off. But if that is the recommended time then that is the time I will take. I've been using Clomid and Nolvadex for PCT. I was using HCG but since the bust my source to get it hasn't been responding. Can anyone PM me of where I can get HCG? Also, I was told something about Drive for PCT. Anyone have any experience with this? I heard that it hurts, is it injectable?

You heard that drive hurts??? Can you inject it???

Drive is a oral supp by Applied Nutriceuticals some do use it during pct to maintain strength also helps sexual proformance. Most seem to use it as a cycle of it's own usually for a recomp.

It is sort of a no-no to ask for sources

I'd say let blood tests be the determing factor of how long off you should take. That and HPTA restoration.
