    Question Complete noob

I am looking to start my first cycle and need some help, as i am a totally noob and this is my first time ever looking into steroids. My friend and I are thinking about ordering some sust 250, and doing 250mg a week. I was just wondering what you all would recommend and ANY information would be greatly appreciated. I am 19, recently went on a low carb diet and went from 315 to 245 and now i am looking to try and start getting bigger. What diet would you all recommend? Also what about side effects? Do i need to get some nolva or anything like that? Thanks in advance!

Ya you really need to wait until you are at least 21. While yu are waiting there is a ton of information both here and on the web. Use the search tool and Google. If you are asking whether or not you need Nolva you have a LOT of research to do.

You should know what you are doing before you order. To answer your question, sust is a mix of esters, long and short(usually 4 esters-1 short, 1 long and 2 med)
With a mix of esters, you can't keep blood levels constant. That is why IMO, sust is a poor choice.

My main question is if there is a need for an antiestrogen if I'm only taking 250mg a week and if not at what dose would require one.. I saw on one med site that under a 1000mg you should be alright....

    BUMP THIS!!!!!!!

Brother, you have SOOOOOO much natural potential left. Why not wait till you peak naturally before even cycling?? You will make the best gains that way.

Once you start brother, you can never turn back.Once you cycle, you will always need more and more to make gains. Why not take your own production and make the most of it before you start?

I agree with Bulldog... It seems like you are just jumping into this before even researching it. You're asking these questions on here that you should have been able to do a quick search and found your answers. If you are asking if you need Nolvadex then you are really not ready. You might see some good gains, but in the long run you're probably going to fuq yourself up because you didn't take the time to learn the goods and bads of what you were doing. I know that at 19 you think that you know everything and what's best. I was there one time many years ago so I know. But listen to your peers on this board and work with your diet and routine and you should make some astounding gains...

You need to have a post cycle therapy plan ready before you start. You are 19 which has already been said is too young. You should have novadex on hand and ready in case gyno starts.

You are not educated enough about steroids to start a cycle. Please consider waiting 2 more years. It will be worth it.

You should first look into your diet and training. You can make some awesome gains by getting on a better diet and tweaking your training routine. I would maximize both of those options before trying steroids. Hope its not to late.

I may be repeating but u really should listen 2 these guys. U can make huge gains at ur age without gear would be a waste 2 start cycling so young. Better of getting more advice about diet and training as these r most important with or without gear.

if uv been on low carb 4 that long and ur bodyfat is low then ur body should be primed 2 grow. If ur goal is adding quality muscle, I would say get plenty of carbs back in the system and keep the protein high. I like lean meats like chicken breasts, fish and make sure 2 get 1 or 2 red meat meals a day aswell along with a portion of clean carbs everymealand 1 or 2 fruit a day if u like. Also consume some healthy fats either from fatty fish or nuts or omega 3&6 oils. Ive had best results from eating solid meals every 2 1/2 hours Im awake, have a shake if u cant eat a meal. Just monitor ur body fat, dont sweat over a little bit but if ur getting hefty 2 quick then reduce ur carb portions and if ur not putting any on then increase slighty untill ur slowly putting on quality muscle. Training must be in check also.

Agreed with the rest. You're still young. Do your research 1st. You have plenty of time to do research and make the right decisions. Dont just jump into doing sust. Not a good idea.
