Thread: worried of nolvadex

just order it.. its not a controlled substance. you cant have it, but they cant charge you with anything. worst thing that will happen is they will confisgate it and send you a letter

Just grab liquidex from a reputable site.

I grabbed some nolvadex off xxxxxxxxxxx awhile back and nothing happened.

I used xxxxxxxxxxxxx or something similar...they searched it and just let it ride. They had a letter in there that they searched the box...I had lasix, nolvadex, clen, and Cytomel in the box. It was all still in the box. So if they seached my box and didn't care I doubt you have to worry about it. The money they would have to spend to get you in trouble on such a weak crime is not worth their time. Its no worse then you ordering an antibiotic off the internet. The use of the drug isn't what matters, its the class of drug...and Nolvadex is not controlled or scheduled.

OK, a little off topic but do you guys know how HCG is classified?

no, not a controlled substance be the DEA, but I believe it is in some states, so before ordering find out how it's classified in your state, in fact I believe it is a Schedule III drug in California which means it's classified at the state level the same as anabolic steroids (felony to posses without an Rx).

There are websites dedicated to each states drug laws...it allows you to look up a drug and see how its classified. I don't know the site address, but I am sure a google search would get you there fast.

Any medication available only through prescription and requiring a label (legend drug) is illegal to posses without a prescription. In fact it's even illegal to have them out of the bottle that was originally labeled for them. Although this is not very strongly enforced in cases other than narcotics.

I am prescribed xanax and I put it in a little pill carrier so I can take it when I want without having to carry the bottle. I have gone through airports and even had police ask what it was. I just tell them the truth and they have never tried to arrest me for not having it in the original bottle. I would assume if I had 1000 of them in some container that would probably be a red flag, but something obviously in quantity for personal use is no biggie. On the two occations I had a cop ask about the pills once they found out what they were they would make remarks like "lucky you"...etc...but never anything bad.

Yes, however the penalties are quite different for a controlled substance, i.e. anabolic steroids are a class III scheduled drug and any amount in your possession with out an Rx is a felony.

Like I said these laws aren't very strictly enforced but I have to say that if you had found yourself in this type of situation where I'm from you'd be headed to the county lock up. Guess things are different elsewhere but here pills like xanax and opiate pain killers are abused at an insane rate, they'll take you in here just for having something that looks suspicious.
