    Help Please

Hi all, im 30 and have been working out for years though shoulder injuries have really hampered my training over the last few years - Decided after much pondering to take Deca-sust combination last summer and it really helped my injury - well no niggles - and was able to train hard again n gain well...stupidly I came off the cycle with no clomid or novaldex - I didnt know any better or anything really. since then though i lost some of the gains and the niggly injury continues to play up - though i can still train.
Anyway im 4 weeks into a new cyle (Deca 200mg a week) ive started with Deca because it really helps with my shoulder. I planned to follow a cycle of 8 weeks of Deca stacked with DBOL at 4 weeks...im currently at
week 4 though I havnt stacked the DBOL in yet - had very little sleep due to some unforseen fammily trouble - so decided to just either reduce myself of the deca - or wait for week 5 then Stack...though i have other options
should I leave the DBOL and stack with Sustanon again ? I know now that Deca alone aint clever but this is the situation - In future I still plan using Deca because of my injuries - its just finding whats best to stack with
    for me.

any help would be much apreciated - these last few weeks since finding these forums have opend my eyes - i have been reading allot and know i cant just finish a cycle cold without nolva or clomid...

I actually posted this up on another forum and recieved no help - nice

I recommend getting off the gear and doing extensive physical therapy to correct the problem with your shoulder. Deca doesn't really help. It's like putting a bandage on an infected wound.

Actually after ceasing deca some people end up worse, I have a few friends that have experienced this with joints.

Yeah, joints hurt after coming off deca.

Deca doesn't solve the problem causing the pain, though. You likely have some problems with your rotator cuff and serratus. These can only be resolved through months of physical therapy. Ignoring them or trying to mask the pain can cause more damage.

Get your pct supplies, drop the gear and run a long pct.
