Whats your thoughts on Delta Labs?

Of course its getting harder and harder to get British Dragon, almost to nil for me . So I had to resort to another supplier. He's known for Delta Labs which I assume is a Ugl. I was wondering if anyones heard of them or have had results from them at all. Let me know thanx guys.
