Big frame trying to tone up, any Suggestions?

I am 6'1 and I am currently 280 lbs. Believe it or not I am not too fat. I am in decent shape. Obviously, I am overweight but I am still able to compete in all activities/sports at a pretty high level. I am trying to get toned up. I understand that I can't get completely ripped but....

Bottom line is I am working out regurlaly and I am considering using some anabolic help. Any suggestions? I am considering a stack of d-bol and test-enth. I know they are bulkers but I feel like I should get stronger then cut up. Again, any suggestions for someone my size.???????

You are fatter than you think. I recommend losing fat without steroids at this point. High body fat levels make gear use more complicated, and their is significantly higher health complications.

I know the complications associated with the use of anabolics for someone my size. Just so you know, my blood pressure and cholesterol levels are excellent. Not for someone my size either, for anyone. I understand the risk for hurting myself is greater because of my size but I think I am good enough shape to start something. Again, I am not as fat as I sound. I have been playing sports my whole life, I am extremely agile and fast for my size. And I am one of those guys that you would not guess that I weigh as much as I do. Other than my gut, I am in decent shape. People usually don't believe I weigh that much.

So if I were to use gear than what would you suggest?

I am just north of Beantown. I am 33 years old. I have been training since high school. Never seriously, usually just for sports. I started training more seriously about 6 months ago. I have actually gained about 5 pounds of muscle since I started. My diet is clean for about 6 days a week. I cheat one whole day a week and that usually kills me. Anyway, I am interested in any help you would be willing to provide. Oh yeah, I am not sure what my BF% is.

It is all diet, no aas needed. Post your diet and we can go from there.

I still recommend losing a good 30 lbs of fat before considering steroids.

dont forget to think about whether you want a dry gainer or wet gainer. Wet gains will bulk you faster and get you stronger...while dry gainers will lean you up and help you cut...with less strength and mass gains, but you will still get stronger. If you are looking to get toned up I would do something dryer like turinabol or tren...dbol is a wetgainer...and even if you take an anti estrogen your still going to get a little bit of wet bulk...so Id recommend going with the dryer steroids...

Here is an example of my diet.

About 6:30 breakfast- a bowl of wheight control oatmeal w/ sliced banana
About 9:00 snack- usually a piece of fruit and a lower carb protein bar and a yogurt.
About 11:30 lunch- always salad w/tuna, chicken, steak and always some cheese.
About 3:30 snack-black coffee, vegetable and fruit
About 5:30 dinner- fish, chicken, pork or beef with vegetables and either couscous or sweet potatoes.
About 7:00 pre-workout-Wheybolic Extreme Shake
About 9:00 post-workout-Same

I drink about 1.5 to 2 gallons of water a day, nothing else except the coffee.

I obviously haven't always eaten like this. It's been 5-6 months since I started working out more. I have not lost any weight! Again, I am not as fat as you would think. Big gut! I did drink heavily once a week but I gave that up recently. I don't know what to do.

I hit the weights 4 times a week. And do cardio at least two of my off days. Usually, run about 3 miles in under 30 mins or a couple hours of hoops twice a week. Seriously, I am not as fat as I sound. But I want to get toned up more. I am from front to back, very thick. At age 23 after graduating from college, where I played football I was about 235. I have gained about 8 pounds a year since then.

Help!
Some help.

You could get rid of one of your fruit servings to get rid of some sugars. You need fat in there bad! Fish oil, flax seed....
Also how many calories are you eating. It may not necessarily be what, but how much.
