Hey all, this will be my first cycle and just want to make sure that i have everything needed as well as making sure i am taking everything at the right time/dosages.

I am 25 yrs old
220 pounds
appox. 10% BF
Been Training for over 6 yrs.

well here is what i was thinking:

Wk 1-10 Test Cyp (300mg/wk)
Wk 1-9 Deca (257mg/wk)
Wk 1-15 Nolva (20mg/day)
Wk 12-15 Clomid (Day 1 300mg...Day 2-11 100mg...Day 12-21 50mg)

let me know if i am missing something or would be better off changing something up, thank you in advance!

Personally, I don't like Clomid. I much prefer toremifene. I'd add HCG weeks 2-12. Otherwise, it's a decent first cycle. One could argue that just testosterone is best for your first, but this is a pretty safe bread and butter bulker,IMO.

is it good idea to run that nolva an clomid the whole cycle,im a newbie and sum 1 told me 2 use it a week after cycle 4 only 4 weeks. I don't know but sum 1 here will for sure.

Personally, I would drop the deca and just run the test and see how your body responds to one substance before adding a second.

Hey Pirate, im not sure if i could find HCG...i can check around but if i can not aquire it do you still think the cycle is suitable?

Should i get anything else or extra nolva etc just incase? I just want to be sure i have everything i could possibly need before starting the cycle.
