PCT- I am suseptible to gyno

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
I am coming off of Wini. I have alot of 1mg Arimidex, and Nolvadex.

Which should I take (both?), when should I start and what dosage.

Also, Do i need a testosterone booster to kick start my own production?

Any suggestions?

Thanks for the help

You won't get gyno from Winstrol. You do need PC...Nolva

Nolva just to block estrogen? What dosage? Do i start the last week of cycle or as soon as I stop?

Dont I need a test booster? I also have a bunch of "Novadex" from Gaspari.

I would rather use the Arimidex because I have alot of it and want to get rid of it. Could I use this instead of Nolva?

Sorry for all the questions guys. I just want to make sure i'm coming off right.

Thanks

I know I am suceptible to Gyno, because I just had surgery to remove it on my right side.

You don't need any aromatase inhibitors like adex, Novadex (Gaspari) or exemestane. You want to use a SERM like tamoxifen citrate (aka nolva).
