I am currently using it and each amp has been short of a full ml. It usually draws up to about .8 or .9ml. Is this the reason people say its underdosed or can the amount of liquid be a little short and still contain 250mg of test?

I wouldn't trust any company that can't get the right amount of volume in their amps.
