So I'm a little reluctant to start my SD cycle due to my confusions regarding the PCT.

A little preamble b4 the real question(s).

I'm 24, 192lbs 5'11 ~12%BF. I have done a cycle b4, actually two, a 12week of sust 500 (no pct) kept gains, 5weeks of sust (no gains nothing to keep).

Now I don't wanna do that again, I want to give SD a shot at 10/20/20. But I cannot understand the need of a PCT with a short cycle like this. (as far as gyno goes, I got none from the sust, so i'd suspect none from this).

the real question is, is their a real need for clomid/nolvadex on a short cycle like this. 3weeks hardly seems long enough for a complete shutdown.

You need Nolva IMO superdrol is a very potent oral steriod that can and probally will shut you down there is no way i would run it without. I have very little knowledge of Clomid so i do not want to advise you there i am sure Pirate, Mudge and Dg will check in they can bettter inform you on that.

I would also make sure you have very good support supps for on cycle there can be alot of sides with super i suggest Cycle Support. I wish you the best and if i can assist in any way just let me know but wait till Pirate, Mudge or DG check in with some more pct knowledge

Definately use nolva. superdrol is different than other orals. there are several reports of delayed gyno allegedly from superdrol.

Heh, SD will shut you down hard in three weeks, you'll be surprised. It is definitely the strongest oral on the market. And you will definitely want to do a PCT because of the shutdown.

I will be doing an SD cycle in August and I plan on using this for my PCT:

Lean Xtreme
I3C
ZMA
6-oxo
B-6

I may even take the B-6 on cycle and through PCT. I got some prolactin gyno from my last P-Plex cycle and the B-6 took care of it. I did a Bold/P-Plex/Trena 8 week cycle and used the above PCT with not problems. The Lean Xtreme is optional. 6-oxo tapered down starting in week 4 of the PCT 300/200/100 will help to keep any estrogen rebound at bay.

Large doses of B-6 600-800 mgs basically do the same thing as Cabergoline in reducing prolactin... Superdrol causes prolactin levels to rise so to combat this you take the b-6.

I've never seen proof of this. Some people will tell you this and some will say it works, but don't count on it.

I just came off a cycle of Bold/Phera/Trena (a 19 nor andro) and had prolactin issues and B-6 whacked in a week. It works, I am proof ...

Sorry guys but i happened to read this ..
I am very new to this supliment i have just ordered S.D and i am worried about what you guys are saying about the side effects.
Could someone please advise me on how to take this S.D safely.
i presently take a protien power in the mornining , afternoon , then a carb/protien drink straight after my workout,
Please any help would be apreciated in layman terms if possible im not up with all the abreveations

Check out the posts in Anabolic Zone and Supplements here. This one (new guy to superdrol) in particular. A lot of info. Then you could ask specific questions on the info that confuses you. As mentioned numerous times, this is a powerful oral steroid. Do not start taking it until you are fully knowledgeable of the risks vs benefits.

Nipples became hard all the time. A clear fluid was emitting from them and a pin head size lump appeared under both nipples.
