in need of advise
BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com hey guys, newbie here. I'm 28 years old, 5'9'', 150lbs, i've been working out for a year and half, spends 4-5 days in the gym weekly, strict diet. I was originally 130-135lbs before i started working out and gained about 15lbs in this time period. Never took any anabolics, steroids or anything other than protein shakes and energy drinks. For the past 2 months, I haven't gained any weight and not getting any stronger so ive decided to get some help and found this site. I've read many posts about sticking to correct diet and not taking any anabolics until 2-3 years after working out but its very frustrating to see no muscle gains and increase of strength for the past 2 months working out in the gym, im doing the same thing over and over with no gains and it just feels like a waste of time and effort. So after 5 hours of reading this site, i'm leaning towards buying h-drol. Would this be a good product to start?

Take a look at the training section and the stickied threads in there on how to put together a decent program. At your height and weight you have a hell of a lot of natural growing left in you before you need anabolics. Im only an inch taller than you and i've gotten up to 190-195 naturally, so you've got a lot of potential to fulfill before steroids Hope that helps. I know its frustrating, but the problem more than often lies in training and diet rather than the lack of supplements or drugs. |

Why expect something in 2 months that takes years to do? That is the problem with people.....they don't want to have to work for it.

Just as it was said before, change it up some. I would change it up ever week or two. Have something set out for two months, plan A and plan B. Have a different routine for each week in plan and plan B. Switch back and forth, 1 month plan A, the next plan B, this should keep the gains coming for you.
If you do want to put on some extra gains of muscle quicker, add more protien, 2 to 3 grams of protien for every pound per day. Also, increase your Cal intake. You can also take a Tredulus product, they have some good ones, they help more then people claim they will. 3 years after I started lifting I was completely against roids, I just grabed some tribulus test boosters, any GNC would have something like T-Bomb 2, its not the best one, but its cheap, and it works, you will notice gains, they will be nothing like taking a PH or Roid, but you'll notice some gains, and you don't have to shut your natrual test off to get it ether, you can take the tribulus products all you want. Also, what exactly do you want? Are you just trying to pack on some more muscle right now? Cut up? I may be able to answer you better if you defined more what you wanted. Jered |

dread, don't get me wrong, I eat a lot of protein, but there's no reason to increase protein THAT much. Simply increasing fats will do the trick to boost calories. And the trib, heh, it's cheap, but there's no evidence to suggest it will increase gains. None. I checked. If YOU want to take it, go ahead, but it doesn't boost test. Anything that does will shut down endogenous production. The fact that it does not should tell you something.

I'm just saying what has worked for me, and I am a biig dude, 6 foot 10 and about 320 pounds. I know a lot of people that have used the Trib, most of them have gotten some what good gains, better then without it anyway. without working out a proper diet needs about 1 gram of protien per pound, for a normal diet, if your working out, it should be doubled. I am not going to post advice if it has not worked for me, or for someone else here.

Also, tribulus doesn't boost test. All controlled studies have shown Tribulus to be completely ineffective at boosting test levels. If you want something to boost test levels, use prohormones or anabolic steroids. Otherwise, you are just flushing your money down the drain. So, I don't know. Maybe you are getting increased performance from placebo or something, but it sure ain't the trib and high protein. |

By the way, modi-fied, you really need to spend some time reading the stickies in the diet and nutrition forum. You need to design a good diet plan, then you need to post it so knowledgeable people can critique it.

I'm only posting what has worked for me and others. Trib may not be proven as in raising the test, but it has been proven to give you gains, how it does it is not the point, the point is that it can help a bit. Sure, PH and Anabolics will, I'm just giving him idea's that may help.

Here is a good study. Quote:
Tribulus doesn't do shit for body recomposition. However, it does help with low libido and ED. These are the facts, not my opinion of whether I believe something works. |

umm your body only can break down 30g protein per meal so unless you have more hours in the day than all of us or like pissing out money than your down the wrong track dread. Mod have you circuit trained, super set monster set , or pyramidization because your body does platuea you also need to brm and right calorie intake and organize what you eat in a day and find a program you can shift around to help you get to the goal you want
